Man Arrested for Robbery in Fabens EL PASO, TX – On January 17, 2026, at approximately 7:13 p.m., El Paso County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a reported assault in the 300 block of NW H Avenue in Fabens, Texas. Upon arrival, deputies learned that 34-year-old Javier Humberto Hernandez had allegedly damaged the victim’s vehicle, assaulted the victim, and stole the victim’s truck keys before fleeing the area.
